A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

Hi. I'm still waiting for a decision in my case. How are things going for you? Have you received any of your money back yet?

I also sent them an email to this address, but haven't received a reply yet.

I'm going through my old transactions and found the following:

SELVIK / ORENZA / TRAMIQ / BELNOR / VEXADI

Before I start contacting my bank about each one individually, has anyone here dealt with any of them? Even an email address or processor name would help.

Any results yet? Has Xpate refunded your money, or are you still waiting for a decision?

Hi. Does anyone have any contact details for DTVLT, such as an email address or website? I'd like to try contacting the merchant directly before filing a chargeback regarding the Walleto transactions.

Anyone know anything about PREFIO, LUNVAR or KASTENQ?

Got several card payments showing these names. My bank wasn't particularly helpful when I asked who the actual merchants were.

You told me 1 month ago Dtvlt is processed by Xpate.

Now you’re saying it’s Walletto?

Then you told people glfi is processed by Walletto the other day - which is completely wrong.

I didn’t bother trying mate as I don’t know what merchants are under them really. I just thought I’m not going to email them with a generic guess as it’ll get me nowhere.

has anyone who has raised their complaint with their back after not raising chargebacks actually got anything back? Just wondering if it’s even worth the hassle 😕

how did you get refunds from swipez??

Sent them an email. I don't remember the email address but you'll find it on this forum if you search swipez.

In the email I just layed out the reason for contact. The dates, payment methods and advise you'll contact your bank if they don't refund them. Seem to work for me.

Let me know if you want me to email you a template to use?

No clue.. all i know is that they are the company used by the casino for receiving apple pay payments, on my bankbill are random short names , linked to these payments, wich are also unexisting companies/shops/websites/.. so dead end until i can reach segopay itself. The website shows an email adress, but its not in use 😕

If the refund amount is significant, it’s definitely worth a try. It can’t get any worse, at worst, they’ll turn you down. I’d write a polite but firm message, backed up by facts. If it’s a pittance, just forget it, your peace of mind is worth more. Personally, I’ve never heard of anyone getting their money back just like that, after the fact, without a valid reason. But in 1 out of 10 cases, support might make an exception to close the issue without escalating it.

So i should take them to the FOS you think. it’s 5 figures of deposits but i wouldn’t claim all of that back obviously. almost 10k of that is santeda group which is past chargeback dates now (over 120 days). I just want to raise chargebacks on like 4k of them which were to winbeast which is completely unlicensed and refused to close my account 10+ times despite me disclosing addiction, financial difficulties, and suicidal thoughts. I have a lot of evidence against them so not sure why banks have refused chargebacks in the first place. only 1 has raised them but it was like 7 transactions total. this one is like 62
