A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

I understand, the most important thing for a player is quick payouts. That's precisely where most online casinos take their time. Outrageous... 3 days... some even 4... it's not right to make a player wait that long.

Hi Praky, what did you say to spush? How long did it take you to get refunds? I’m not getting any luck at all

Hi Praky, what did you say to spush if you don’t mind asking?

I’m well over a month clean now at least. It’s time we all stopped chasing our losses and moved on with our lives. It’s virtually impossible to get your money back without the risk of chargeback, fraud or CIFAS on you. Thanks for the help everyone has given to me over the past few years.

All the best everyone.

I raise chargebacks/disputes for my transactions to these merchants. My bank declines my chargebacks. But some merchants have then issued refunds voluntary. My transactions refunded by NikoTPF concord markets were actually (reatcode) but concord markets issued the refunds. Unfortunately hupeiwe and euflopqi are some of the ones that haven't refunded anything have near 4k with these two alone.

Hey, no nothing yet. I’ve sent out a DSAR to Freshbet, mystake and Zizobet. Glfi and DTVLT are merchant names coming up on my statements from them. I’ve sent two emails to GLFI but had no response yet, they have roughly 10 days to respond before I go to fca

DSAR is just for what data they hold on you though no? or are you doing this to get your deposit/withdrawals to know how much to request? They have used like 10 different processors for me so would be difficult to go through that route, a lot are with visioncroft LTD. But i’ve used credit cards so am worried about the implications of requesting chargeback. were your deposits with debit or credit cards? really appreciate this forum btw guys it’s really helpful i’m so glad i found it

They might. Search drn 4443965 on Google. They upheld this case.

Yeah so I have self excluded myself from all them casinos so I need my data and deposits to link them to GLFI and other merchants. Thats why I’m doing it. Mine were a mix but I had a gambling block on my debit card too which the dodgy merchants bypassed.

Cardaq have finally responded to me this morning basically refusing refunds and saying to raise chargebacks, despite having said they would deal with and going through all KYC etc with me.

just a major warning to others

I’ve not really done any chargebacks as of yet either mate, I’ve got one in as a casino has said they’d refund me but won’t send proof so have sent the email chain to Barclays so see what happens.

What descriptor names do you have?
