A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

filefilefilefilefile Aye speaking shite? So why does every single chargeback dispute look like the first 2 screenshots "sorry we cant dispute this for you" then a few days later once I did (x y z merchant chargebacks) refunds have appeared. Think I know pal. They are closing my account on the 13th of august.

anyone had any dealings with Visioncroft LTD. I’m not even sure what website this was for, could have been winwinter or maybe one of wanted international group. I had tens of transactions with them which were for thousands of pounds in april. Anyone know whether this is worth disputing on my credit card? or going directly to the payment provider.

Raised chargebacks on my bank account. They were declined by bank. Then refunds appeared a few days later

It appears IVYPAY have now stopped replying. Over 2 weeks now and nothing

on a brighter note I wrote to natwest CEO and explained my issues with wrong MCC coding and they have managed to return me thousands. The merchants didn’t reply after 45 days. I would advise you all to be completely honest

I am a gambling addict and have imposed a strict gambling ban on myself with my bank. Nevertheless, I managed to deposit money online.

The bank statement lists the companies Xpate LTD and Nuvei. These payment service providers deliberately circumvent restrictions by manipulating MCC codes. They profit from people's addiction!

I can't find anything. Please help. I have several transactions with Concord Markets Ltd., Hupeiwe, and Euflopqui. Can you tell me how to request a refund from these merchants? Please 🙏

Hi. They haven’t approved my withdrawal for a week now. Apparently there are some checks going on. I’ve already provided everything they asked for. But the money still hasn’t been credited to my card. The seller is kcraft2*. It seems to be processed by Xpate Ltd. This is really not great. I won, spent my time on it, and now they’re putting so many obstacles in my way.

I’m in the same situation. I’ve sent an email to XPATE, but I haven’t received a reply yet.

As for XPATE, I've had a really bad experience with them. I had to bombard them with emails to get my money back because they wouldn't let me withdraw my winnings. They're shady characters.

I understand, the most important thing for a player is quick payouts. That's precisely where most online casinos take their time. Outrageous... 3 days... some even 4... it's not right to make a player wait that long.
