Hi Dani, where did you find the usupport email? So how did you figure out that they are behind some of the charges? I have been trying to find their website and who they even are. They told me over a week ago that they refunded the charges but I still haven't received anything, strange.
i would hazard a guess from what I have found, if the company is claiming to be from Ghana then that who that email services, if you look on the expert dress website that was mentioned, they are all a carbon copy and the usupport is the main email for all of them,
that’s just my opinion on it. Hope that helps
I had refunds from novacasp (descriptored as staffeng), although it was actually the casino that emailed me to say they were issuing refunds

I have been trying to get a refund from these for the past 2 weeks. My transactions are through a company called PixelPay Solutions Ltd (same address aa Obelrix and Raidrial) . I have emailed these two addresses below.

i have had one dispute through my bank which was successful where pixelpay solutions refunded following dispute but my bank is currently blocked (under review). So cant dispute the others.
they have replied to my emails basically stating this.
"As previously mentioned, we have checked our system and cannot find a registered account associated with your email address.
If you believe these transactions are unauthorized, we recommend contacting your bank to initiate a chargeback. We do not hold the funds, and we strictly follow the official Visa and Mastercard procedures for these disputes."
Can you please help on what you sent etc as i am getting generic responses that are delayed and unable to dispute through bank as account under review.
