A little warning here for the CG Community: Casino Guru is an open platform where everyone is free to share their thoughts and opinions. We believe in free speech and try to be as non-restrictive as possible. That said, please remember: just because something is posted on the forum doesn’t mean Casino Guru agrees with it or endorses it in any way. We’re really happy to see players engaging in conversations, debating respectfully, and having fun doing so! That’s why we created this platform. However, we’ve noticed a growing trend – not just here, but across other platforms too – where some players, after losing money fairly in a casino, look for ways to get those funds back through their bank or payment provider, often by filing chargebacks or making false claims. We’d like to warn you: this behaviour is not only unfair – it’s also very risky! We’ve already seen and heard stories (here and elsewhere) of people who got into serious trouble trying to go down this route – including closed casino accounts across multiple platforms, closed bank accounts, debts, and even lawsuits (attempted fraud). Attempting fraud or misrepresenting the truth to a bank or provider is never a good idea and could have lasting consequences. So here’s our friendly appeal to all Casino Guru community members: Stand up against unfair and dishonest casinos. Use our Complaints Resolution Center if you need help – you don’t have to fight alone. But please don’t try to get back money you’ve fairly lost. It’s simply not worth the risk. Thanks for being part of our community – and have a great day!

That is FOS , not FCA

I’ve seen countless instances where such transactions have appeared under completely random descriptions such as ‘digital services / consultancy / e-commerce’, which bear no relation whatsoever to the casino’s brand, and that, in fact, is the crux of the problem. The most frustrating thing is that the name on the statement isn’t always the key factor the same casino might alternate its descriptions - so I’d focus on whether your bank can extract the merchant/acquirer details from the transaction, as it is precisely this information that usually remains unchanged when you’re trying to get anywhere with Barclays

Hi Praky, what did you say to spush if you don’t mind asking?

How long did it take you to get refunds? I’m not getting any luck at all

Try sending the refund request to these two email addresses as well.

jira@spoynt.atlassian.net

andrey@spoynt.com

You must request a refund for goods and/or services not received

Hi. I’ve finally received a partial refund from XPATE. After a long back-and-forth, they’ve decided to start paying out after all. So do keep at it.

Hi. I’m glad to hear that for you. But I’m in a different situation with XPATE. They won’t issue a refund. I’ve been writing to them, but to no avail.

I was told the same thing. They even sent me a refund receipt, and the refund receipt had different information than mine but the same Maatercard card numbers as mine. I also didn't receive any refunds even though over a week ago they said they were already paid.

Hi. I got in touch with XPATE. I explained the situation. They referred me to the merchant. It’s complete chaos.

Good morning.

I discovered that "nexbric.net" and "skinb24*" are managed by Xpare LTD.

I contacted them, but the situation hasn't been resolved. They're not issuing a refund. I'll have to contact my bank to request a chargeback.
