it is basically because some payment providers are not available for this kind of casino-related transaction as well as are not available in every country. Another factor could be local law restrictions. It is a very complex area.

So I created another account with that email which I used on the casino however I'm not sure should I cancel the current withdrawal request and redo it with the Skrill account which has the same email linked to it...
