Hi there, looking to get in phone contact with somebody who has a fair idea around the online casino world.

In regards to rules with gambling outside of australia and a few other things, ideally with someone who has knowledge about the crownplay company, thanks in advance, Jack

Hello, if you would share what specifically you would like to know, maybe we could try to answer your questions here on the forum. Of course, if you hear from a player, that would be good too.

Do you have a problem at the casino you mentioned ?

yeah mate at the moment i dont have a problem as such.

just curious as to how legitmate they are, i have seen there very slow on payouts and only small amounts..

with a descent win im trying to withdraw wanted to know what sort of protection i might have to getting my money over time or if theres a chance they could just shut up shop and i miss out.

obviously would be nice to speak to a player in regards to if they have ever had dramas with recieving money from an overseas company aswell that arent licensed here

Hi, I think almost every casino struggles with this kind of thing and sometimes the withdrawals can be slower. From what I've learned and what I've read, it's best to focus on user reviews or complaints to start with if you haven't heard back from any players yet. These are a source of information from the players and therefore you can get an idea of how the casino works. One user review is even from a player from your country and quite comprehensive so you can read it.

Regarding complaints, the casino has solved all of them so far, which gives a good impression if something goes wrong.

So if you don't get your money, you can contact us and we will try to help. Of course we give the casinos 14 days to make all the necessary checks and send the funds. After that time we will contact the casino if nothing changes.

They are also licensed, so if we don't get it right you can contact the authority, but the current license is not one of the better ones I would say, and it's quite often hard to get a response from them at all.

That's what I can tell you so far, and I could also mention a thread on this particular casino where you can read more. You can find it here: https://casino.guru/forum/casinos/crownplay-casino---general-discussion

I hope you manage to get everything and you will be satisfied in the end.

If you have an update, be sure to let me know.

Good luck. ☘️

Also is it normal for casino's to ask for verification? They asked for proof of i.d plus photo of bank card

Of course, in order to withdraw, these are some of the most important and common things to check. So in that case I would definitely cooperate and hopefully the process will go quickly and successfully.
