Hello

Does anyone actually enforce fair gaming and the terms and conditions on a casino. As far as I can tell IGaming can speak with them regarding your issue but can’t overturn a decision. In my case Luckydays immediately confiscated my $63000, closed my account and replied "finalized and will not be reversed". If it was not for my persistence then the communication lines would have stoped there and I walk away with my tail between my legs. The documents required by Luckydays for an alternate solution were not even requested. Now that I produced them they just don’t respond. Does my next step have to be en entertainment lawyer? Just based on principle I will spend the winnings fighting this. Any suggestions? I’m really hoping the Guru’s can pull off a miracle for me.

Thanks

Tommy

I can honestly say - we do! 😀

Have you seen the Fair Gambling Codex? We try to apell on casinos to make it their own:

What do you think about it anyway?

There is so little detail in your message. How did they explain the confiscation and closure?
