Bad experience with Blu Vegas casino

I played with this casino because of your recommendation, but I have a really bad experience with the Blue Vegas casino, yesterday I played and lost around total of more or less 1000 cad, but before loosing this much, I hit a good 900 cad in acgame, but to my surprise I didn’t even have any money for withdrawal, they told me that all my balance is with the bonus, I took the bonus which was about 17cad which is supposed to be 35%of 50 cad, but after trying to withdraw partial of the amount I did not get anything from 500 cad to about 200 cad I didn’t get anything, so I just bet everything until it’s all gone
