who do i ask for the complaint to be reopened again. i wasnt given any option to message handler or anything along those lines

Yes I will ask around to everyone else but here. thanks for help. Also after back and forth email with stakes sports book provider there are no sports book bets being investigated on my account. Have insider info that stake is blocking me for multi accounting like they suspected me in the first email i posted. Notes on account showing funds being retained..


Casino gurus wont uphold the complaint tho because i mentioned sports betting in the complaint and they implied that is the exact bets stake is investigating. very professional

Hi, I know that if our team decides that the case is directly related to sports betting then it is rejected. If you know that it is about something else and therefore multiple accounts, you can try again, but if the multiple accounts are ultimately related to sports betting, I'm afraid it will have the same ending. 😕

As far as the complaint and the reopening are concerned, this cannot be the case since it has not been opened. You can try to file one again, but I'm not sure if it will turn out differently.

However, if it would help, you could try filing a complaint on the sports betting sites.
