My feeling on Casino Guru is 50/50. Do you think this affiliate website is legitimate and can be trusted?

For my part, I trust casino guru, since it has the appropriate information for the players of Chile and if they have any problem or any wrong information, they will fix it as soon as possible.

Since I work for CG, It makes no sense to tell you that I trust the website, but I can tell you one thing:

We get offers from various casinos every week. They offer us money for increasing their rating or to start promoting them in TOP casinos for specific markets. We never accept such offers. All the ratings and standings are based on many tests and reviews done by real human-beings (not robots) and we do these tests couple times per year. I'd say that's the main reason why we deserve to be trusted 🙂

It is a fully reliable site.

The information is accurate.

If you are new to this, I invite you to take a look at the no deposit bonuses and read the articles.

If you are a frequent player, you can try the same bonuses, and you can see that this site is highly recommended!

I’m skeptic at this point considering their supporting JOKAROOM not to finalise a matter and commence a new investigation for the remaining amount!

i definitely suspect Jokaroom have offered a split or a cut of the outstanding amount $2,714.00 to casino guru so they support there fraudulent activity because there is absolutely no way this is acceptable

I very much doubt that this is so.

CG operates with a strict fair game code. They also have a lot of experience in this.

Frustration at not collecting money often leads us to misinterpret things.

I'm sure they do their best to help you! 🙌

hey Bradk4165 i can tell you something about casino guru.

i got a lot experience with casino affiliate websites and casinos on any platform in general. i played in over 300 casinos and i know most of the rotten apples on the casino side and on the affiliate side. and i can tell you that casino guru is not a rotten apple. 98% of the information that can be found on casino guru is correct and the same applies to the ratings. of course, small slips happen sometimes when you list over 2700 different online casinos.

i can give you an example of which large affiliate website you shouldn't trust: askgamblers! they do everything that speaks against independent and fair reviews. the very fact that they allow casinos to distribute goodies to players to vote for them at askgamblers for the award they give each year (best new casino, best casino of the year, etc.) is downright ridiculous alone...that is only one example.

and if you are not sure about a particular casino, just google the casino name + complains ... if you get more than 5 serious complaints, you better stay away from it. there are always a few complaints but that's normal most of them are from people who have screwed up and later howling around the casino would cheat them.

This isn’t collecting money this is referring to recovering money that was unauthorised from my everyday bank account.

so this money belongs to me!

Jokaroom has had ample time and opportunities to investigate this matter in which they have!

The remaining amount is not a new claim it is still apart of the initial dispute raised!

if it was a new amount I would understand if they requested further documents however this isn’t the case!

So the fact Casino Guru initially supported Jokaroom to go back to the beginning and start an investigation for the remaining amount just blows my mind!

I’m also a skeptic but I’ll see how they handle my complaint to spinmillion a for me and my aunt and also my sister Case to see how they really are. Cause it can’t be a coincidence that both accounts are not getting their money back. So let me see how this plays out to see how sincere they are. I will get back on both results and how they handle it. That’s how I’ll determine if they are trust worthy or not. So far I send them stuff through email they give me which is not working sending me back everything documents I send them. My post aren’t even showing up. I’m starting to think they’re not what they say they are.

I'm just looking at your case. Your posts are showing up except the last 2. One includes sensitive data and the last one needs to be approved. You also mentioned that the email we gave you isn't working, but Petronela already informed you there that she received everything you sent without any issues.

From my point of view, you did 3 mistakes:

First of all, you, your aunt and your sister played in a casino with a very bad reputation (0.8/10), which I would never recommend to anyone.

Secondly, you mentioned in your complaint that:

"I opened this account for my aunt, but when I was registering I had mistakenly put my name instead of hers. I wanted to go back to change the name, but I was not able to do so."

Lastly, you used your aunt's card to make deposits on an account that was registered under your name.

This would be regarded as a breach of terms and conditions even by casinos with perfect ratings, because you can't open an account for someone else, you need to fill up all data correctly and you definitely can't use payment methods registered to other people on an account registered to your name.

Exactly! Totally agree with Daniel. It's written in each casino's T&C

Thanks for sharing this case

I wish I'd known that before playing with a guru who pretended to be a newbie... Well, I am myself a newbie, so I don't really understand how to distinguish a real pro and a beginner. Before quarantine started I have never even thought of giving the casino a try, I just didn't have time for it :) Though, since the lockdown took away my work from me, I decided to try something new and started playing online with my friends on clubvip777.com , and I got sucked into it. Although, the latest situation when I have been fooled completely has given me thoughts of quitting this whole thing... I guess I'm not as good as I thought.

Although I'm a newbie in this casino talks, and I've never deposited any money into any casino website, I can tell you that casino guru is legit and provides accurate Infos. Being a newbie doesn't mean I have little knowledge about this; although I might lack experience, I still trust my research. You see, apart from casino guru, this website also I constantly check to stay informed, . I don't know if you know them, but they have their reviews too. It amazes me how people jump into betting without proper research. Sometimes people make the silliest errors, just like how daniel pointed out how someone opened an account for his aunt with mixed details of his.
