Phew, that's a shame because I thought things were only going to go in a better direction. Obviously you'll need to be patient, although I understand that it's hard.
However, I noticed that you didn't reply to Kristine's complaint, so would it be possible to do so so that she can intervene when the casino fails ? You can do so here.
