So I want to post this here in hopes I can get some recommendations on next steps. I joined SlotHeist on 3/6 because they advertised instant payouts. I confirmed with them that they accept US players and they said for first withdrawl they would need KYC info, so I made two deposits $50 and $316, at the same time I sent my KYC information in. Never heard back. I had issues with my second deposit being credited and strangely enough their live chat wouldn't work on the account I had anymore, so I quickly made a 2nd account with the SOLE purpose of chatting with them, which the live chat operator knew (Hannah). She squared the deposit issue away and told me me to send an email to the their support email requesting a block on the duplicate account, which I did right away. I was lucky and hit on one of the slots so I decided to iniate a $1000 USDT withdrawl and unfortunately that's as far as I got. Since then I've been getting the run around, first they say they are voiding the withdrawl because of multiple accounts then they claim I will get an email (which I never do), they tell me two wait 2 hours and then till the end of the day. Constant run around. I lodged a complaint here is there any other recourse? I have some chat logs saved as well.

Don't suppose you kept a screenshot shot of your conversation with Hannah instructing you what to do as that would help your case

Oh I have a bunch of chat transcripts with Hannah, all she has ever done is delay and delay. There seems to be three agents and all three keep saying some variation of "You will receive an email shortly" or "Withdrawl will be processed soon".

I'm tired of fighting with them. I settled on them refunding my $316 deposit, will see if they even do that and how long that takes.

So now I’m convinced they are a scam. Hannah started making deals with me…look at this excerpt from the last conversation.


Hannah: So if I tried getting the $1000 withdrawal for you because I am working on your case from last 2 days and I so want you to get the complete withdrawal because I know the reason for the multiple accounts. So just to ask, what will be the next amount you will deposit if I tried getting that amount cash out?[02:54]Anthony Cassella: Possibly $500[02:55]Hannah: That would be great! Hey there.

I must say this is all very interesting in a very shady way. Let's start with the most dubious part, though.

I would never feel comfortable exchanging future deposits for current withdrawals. In my books, this is pretty suspicious, hence, I'm really sorry to say we have never heard about this casino before, so as a result, its "qualities are completely unknown to us.

I'm grateful you opened this way to inform other players to be careful. Submitting the complaint is also another great thing to do. As I can see, none of these late "negotiations" made it to Kristina, I ask you urgently to update the complaint (just click or tap this link👈 to do so) because at least in my opinion it changes the situation. It is just not about delayed payment.

Hopefully, there is a way to reason with them!

Really appreciate the input and I guess persistence paid off in this case, they finally paid out the full $1000 withdrawl but this is a warning to everyone here stay far far away from this place. It shouldn’t be this hard to get the money you rightfully won. I guess they were sick of hearing from me everyone few hours on live chat.

Of course, I certainly don't blame you for recommending earlier that the players should be careful, because I found the whole thing quite strange. 

So it's probably best to avoid this casino, as the chat was very persistent for you to deposit to get your money.

I hope you'll do well somewhere else.

Haha yeah, it was really absurd to see a casino trying to make a deal with me. In fact they've emailed me since then asking where my $500 deposit is....I'd have to be stupid to ever deposit again with that casino.

I have seen and also noticed that it has already been accepted. I hope something similar will not happen to you in the future and you will be fine. 

However, make sure you never create two accounts, because in some casinos you might not be successful and they will take all your winnings. Although of course I understand why that was the case and that you explained everything. The best thing to do is not to do anything that might violate the casino rules, so that they can't then make excuses for not paying you because of it.
