Ive mailed both those yesterday but still no response, they say that they will respond in 48 hours and that its a promise on their sites.

Wish we could do something with the PaymentIQ owned by Worldline, they are behind a lot of these for sure.

Which email did you contact 123templates on? The one I found claims no responsibility for 123templates..

I think most won't reply. If you're lucky, they will do the refunds.

But more likely not.

I had money for skrill, not for gambling. I still managed to deposit on a casino. According to skrill it goes as (electronics store) not gambling. It says lcyogcy.xyz and is in currency CNY. Anyone know anything about it?

Any UK customers successfully got charge back from bank? My one just got back on one saying that my claim was potentially fraudulent and have decided not to continue investigating it.

And reminding me that false claims are fraudulent..

A bit of a threatening mail from them tbh..not sure what to do.

quite incredible and even sad that such a large company as worldline is involved with payment iq etc without any consequences. Have you tried to contact them? Definitely at least connected to Infiniza….

What did your statement say? I have 123templates.com and not .net

And what did 123templates.net tell you?

I have tried contacting them through Worldline channels, and will continue trying.

I actually interviewed with them a year or two ago as a product manager, but when they mentioned focus would be gambling, I withdrew. Which I'm happy for now.

In that case, Skrill should help you get proof of purchase if you tell them you didn't get delivered anything?
