Did u also try this on other Providers, where u got a refund.

Two weeks ago they wrote to me that the 6 months within which the refund could be processed would have passed, but in the same email they asked me for a photo of the credit card and bank statement.
From that day on, nothing more.
Only standard "please wait for feedback" chat responses
I'm thinking now that they won't refund anymore..

Due settimane fa mi hanno scritto che sarebbero passati i 6 mesi entro cui si poteva elaborare il rimborso però nella stessa mail mi hanno chiesto foto della carta di credito ed estratto conto bancario.
Da quel giorno più nulla.
Solo le risposte standard via chat "attenda un riscontro in merito"

Mines the same, about 2 weeks ago they asked me for bank statements and photo of card and said their operations department are investigating and I've emailed quite a few times since then and had no response at all.

there are several similar websites who all have the filename checkout_pgm.js. So they are likely related with gamerdir Not sure about the provider though. There is a reference to something called "safe payments" but am unsure if its related to a provider or is just some generic text.
I have the same providers on my list and didn’t find any contact to them 😕 I made a chargeback and waiting for answer from the bank.
Maybe this one the iwc? I already wrote to iwc watches and International Woman’s Club(IWC) they answered like I’m stupid in the head 😂😂😂😂😂 but worth to try!
I find it strange that they asked us for documents and then did not proceed with the refund.
