Yeah, good idea - If you have any pending winnings/withdrawals, let them settle and don't touch any of that money. Then start attacking the money you want returning after you've securely got the outstanding money returned.

I know im probably on a hiding regarding the bank doing chargebacks again I probably would still do it as I know they can get it back and just take the bank ban etc.
If the site offered me 50% back I would take it !
Yes nathan I will take my time these are fresh transactions see how it pans out I can send the casino the template and the merchants see how it goes I bought £10000 premium bonds thinking it was the way to go had to cash in today before a draw
What suprises me is the transactions never got blocked by the bank as this usually kicks in after one or two of them but it was like £1000 a time and I was like shit waiting for them to block my card
Yeah, it's ridiculous how they don't see this activity as suspicious.
The bank will not raise any chargebacks until it's been 14 days, so it gives you time to try all other avenues firstly. I just hope you're not in a position where you really need this money asap, because there's no real quick way of gertting it returned.
BEWARE - If you try and discuss anything with Instantcasino.com and their fake merchants they will literally NEVER respond. Stay well clear of this company. Fortunately Mastercard are in the process of blacklisting some of the merchants they use as they have been involved in multiple issues which they are aware of.
My advice is do not touch any of these sites. If you do have to play non-UK then stick to the crypto ones only(the most reputable ones). Do not use debit or credit cards on ANY casino which is not licenced in your country. The risk of identity fraud with these crap casinos is huge as well.
Yes Crypto instaspin are rigged I got about £9000 back from bank from them this was Kinghills it seems a decent site fast verification and payouts etc but its deffo rigged games so it is a con I tried the crypto ones too much hassle buying bitcoin etc but they are decent mate
Only issue with crypto only ones, is you'll have little to no chance of getting your money back should you lose it.
I know it's rich coming from me, I am trying super hard to quit and leave it all behind me. maybe try the same.
Yes any other time they blocked the card then fraud team called next day new card etc said do chargebacks not this time yes plenty of time ive cashed in the £10000 of bonds I bought as £269 left in my bank but I only bought them last week I thought I would be worse today but its glass half full still I suppose as I got £32000 back and paid a lot of debts off but its running out now and that was a killer last night im sure you all know the feeling its hard to get over but at the same time I never thought I was getting anything back so trying to be positive but sitting at my desk cant be arsed working heads a bit of a mess but better than the early hours of the morning as it was a mess 😳 not even about just losing the money but the constant looping back in to it and out 😳
Yeah, I understand. The main part is, everything's all good and you can get yourself to and from work and eat etc. Stop now, don't let yourself do anymore. If you get the urge, just come into this chat and use this as a distraction (it's what I do, likeminded people in the same position) and work on getting your money back.
Well that is the nature of gambling. Crypto you won't be able to do chargebacks and the like because the casinos are not operating illegally by accepting crypto - the games on say 500 Casino and BC.Game are not going to be rigged to death though. Casinos are operating illegally by accepting UK Credit and Debit cards. As I said before - this should never be used to freeroll anyone because if people start doing this it will lead to a stop on this. Think Revolut have already gone down that route.
I'll give you an example of how Instantcasino.com is a sham. Bonus buy on any Relax game - normally 100X - here it is 105X!! WTF
Yeah, exactly. As soon as you're doing the crypto deposits, you're opening yourself up into that world.
The bit that annoys me, is that they prey on problem gamblers. If we weren't problem gamblers, we'd simply be using UK sites, as we wouldn't have blocked ourselves.
Yes Nathan im usually always positive(or I would not be here now) as the stuff ive came through no normal man could suffer yet I survive it so count myself very fortunate its not a train crash trying to keep eating reading exercise etc function as normal that was nearly 4 months clean
Yes that is it no affordability checks or flags just taking as much as they can out of your account by any means possible ! real scum and I just knew when I got the £20 bonus rounds this is going to be shit ! I thought the bigger the stake the better the win but its actually less than a £1 game !

The problem is that they don't have to do affordability checks - they aren't held to the same licence terms. These companies I count way way worse than the crypto ones - they literally illegally take payments from UK Debit and Credit cards and hide these as retail. This is absolute scam stuff and obviously highly illegal.
I recounted my loss it was £10000 spent and £3000 paid must have totalled wrong so slightly better than 1st feared I checked my wise bank chargeback appeal after denying them after I copied in the ombudsman after a rejected complaint it now says chargebacks submitted! its £2000
As I see it there are 3 ways you can go.
1: Contact the casino and try to make a deal, for an exempel offer them 50% and say that you wont do any chargeback. This is probably close to impossible
2: Contact VISA/Mastercard directly. No chance, I havnt read one post yet where they have solve the issue?
3: Go direkt via your bank. Sure possible from couple of the brittish writers here but in 95% the bank just say go fu*k yourself
4: Still and probably the only chance is by go direkctly to the mechant except QuickBit or Grottobook they are impossible, but this is the only way and if you have luck they help you. In my case it has been done in around 25% of the companies.
