do you have mastercard ? My chargebacks case is registred 12 august and it was on that day they decided to take it with merchant, now its been 38 days. Before i got refund back after 2-4 days after 30 days passed. Im a little bit worried because those didnt arrive yet. And if i ask revolut they can cancel them. Revolut is a little bit wierd. Some of my refunds they accept and same merchant next time they decöine haha
i asked them now! Hope they help me or in worst case they reject them. I cant wait more hahah
They told me:
Thank you so much for the details you’ve shared so far. I can see that the issue is regarding the Cloudbased Scripthub disputes.
To make sure you get the right kind of support, I am raising your case to our Card Payments team. They usually take 2 business days to handle cases. Once their review is completed, we will update you and let you know. Thanks in advance for your patience.
My chargebacks were raised by chargeback complaints dept but whoever raised them the chargeback team ask for an update
Update on my case: the ombudsman is in contact with chase, they're asking them for details, and have asked me for my details on the situation, still awaiting a reply from mastercard, but they have escalated it to their relevant team. chase bank were pretty much no help as they took days to send me email addresses etc to send over evidence then rejected my initial dispute then when i reopened it they rejected it again within an hour despite the evidence taking a lot longer to get through, just seemed like they wanted it off their desk so to speak.
they used third party vendors and miscoded their transactions as MCC 5816. DIGITAL GOODS: GAMES instead of MCC 7995 which is gambling, on top of not paying out because i'm not in their jurisdiction(they're prohibited from operating to UK customers), despite them letting me sign up and approving the KYC.
(my dispute is with goldenbet/santeda international b.v.)
They will sort it once they are involved as they know they will need to pay them all back with interest in a years time when they lose the case
When you get to the nitty gritty of the details it's clear cut, i think because the banks hear casino they just brush it off, they don't want to deal with it but once an ombudsmans involved and they properly investigate and side with you, they haven't got a leg to stand on, a shame it has to go that far to resolve it really
Yes that is deffo it ! I said in my rant the staff were just being lazy and washing their hands of it the thing is once they lose the case they pay back the money themselves and interest but if they do chargebacks it costs them nothing !
actually is bad, it's clear the merchants are operating illegally and in bad faith but they just brush it off out of laziness and hope it won't come back, hopefully they clock onto this happening and create some sort of protocol to deal with it rather than quote ToS of MasterCard, funny thing is MC escalated it themselves when i got in contact
I’m guessing MyBookie.ag can’t send me collections due to these payments processed in Indonesia and Istanbul. Why would they even send an email stating that I was refunded but I have to pay my account? Are they just seeking cause they have no ground? It was only 600$ but they shafted my lines mid game. How will capital one handle this?
