Interesting. I will have to do the same tomorrow when I get a chance. As I know some of them have obviously gone through Mastercard as a processor but never knew how to contact them!

make sure its the mastercard Uk twitter, should have a gold tick next to the name, they're quite prompt and helpful
Revolut also rejected my claims, I filed a complaint since some of the chargebacks went through but not everyone. The complaint was also rejected without any explaination why some were rejected and some not.
I also emailed merchantsurcharge@mastercard.com about these merchants. No response yet.
Just explained my situation, and how the company i dealt with operated and violated the law/ToS, they seemed quite interested so they're investigating
Revolut aren't great with these type of disputes, best bet is an ombudsman and try mastercard again

Have transactions to "LuxTel, London" Revolut first denied 6 transactions, then the next day when I tried with the 5 I had left with exactly the same description, etc., they suddenly went ahead for dispute.
All are via a digital Mastercard from Revolut, I appealed but they just keep arguing that they have to follow rules etc for Mastercard.
Yes? Then why did you go ahead with the other 5 transactions after the first ones were denied 😅

Har transaktioner till "LuxTel, London" Revolut nekade först 6 transaktioner, sen nästa dag när jag försökte med dom 5 jag hade kvar med exakt samma beskrivning osv så gick dom helt plötsligt vidare för bestridande.
Alla är via ett digitalt Mastercard från Revolut, jag överklagade men dom tjafsar bara vidare att dom måste följa regler osv för Mastercard.
Jaha? Varför gick ni då vidare med dom andra 5 transaktioner efter dom första blivit nekade 😅

Yes, told them the truth, the transactions aren't listed as gambling transactions (wrong merchant code) though even though i deposited at a casino so i'd assume that's why they're interested

Tried goldenbet directly but no result, currently working with an ombudsman as chase bank wouldn't issue a chargeback and MasterCard (they're investigating)
My bank are the same refused to investigate. Appalling really isn’t it. I’ve read up on this thread about Santeda BV being the owner of goldenbet etc did you get anywhere with them?

Took them 3 days to send me an email to send stuff to support my claim to, within an hour they'd replied with some basic ToS reply, was well more than an hours worth of evidence to go through, just sort of fobbed me off, hopefully the ombudsman leans on them a bit as they have a bit more authority than i do, Santeda are worse than goldenbet itself, they're not allowed to operate to UK customers, and have been sanctioned for doing similar in Spain, Australia and Sweden.
Yep, first sent in August 31st and they were denied.
Since September 7 and then those who remained went on to contest.
Wrote the same reason on everyone, that I had not received anything delivered and that they sold digital services etc

Sedan 7 september och då gick dom som var kvar vidare för bestridande.
