Easytransac can respond to my trustpilot and get it taken down for being "defamatory" but they can't respond to their own emails. They breach their own t&Cs by doing business with Ewave. But they don't want to know about that. I'm going to report them to the french authorities also.

Yip, email response and confirmed they'd refund within 14 days, was in my account the next day
Been waiting since middle of may for a refund from Transact, stil nothing on the account, been in contact with them yesterday and they say i recived my money already haha…
Send the numbers to your bank, they can use them to track the refund. It's like a tracking number for a parcel shipment
