I contacted elegro who told me they don't support visa payments. I'm sure they were one of the payment processors I used though?

They do , just send them another mail .

Just remember that all these payments providers work together or they are one and the same, Your visa card will be totally blocked on all payments providers, however not the serious ones.

Possibly nun-tech as I had all refund from kycoin monramp and canapay go in same day same time which points to same payment processors used. I did chargeback through bank for them. Kycoin refunded everything. Monramp 80% and canapay 90% back
