I have already asked my bank about bank statements, but unfortunately it is not possible to get electronic bank statements and I only get statements sent to me once a month.

For me it is more about principle. I have been with the casino for so long and they just can't accommodate me. Especially I deposited 40 euros with them on the same morning but they only need a bank statement with a 100 euro deposit. I mean they saw on the bank statement that I also paid 40 euros to them on the same day. And yes, the stupid thing is that the deposit of 40 euros is still in the current bank statement and the deposit of 100 euros will only come at the end of September... I am excited If that's the case, I'll wait until the end of September and then send a bank statement with the 100 euro deposit and want to see what happens then, but to be honest, I don't want to play there anymore. There are many other good casinos that only ask for bank statements, not older than 6 months e.g. or simply accept a screenshot.
