Good day, on August 30th late in the evening I made a deposit of 100 euros at Platin Casino. After playing for a few hours I requested a withdrawal of 240 euros. A few days later my withdrawal was cancelled. The reason was that I had to provide proof of payment with my account statement with the exact date, time, name and all that. The stupid thing is that I have an electronic account statement and I only get the new account statement at the end of September with the deposit in it. It is not included in the current one. Then I simply took a screenshot of my bank's financial overview, where the transfer can be seen and I also sent that as proof and account statement where you can see that I deposited 40 euros into Platin on the morning of August 30th. There is enough proof for the casino that it is me and that it is my account. Since then my withdrawal has been cancelled 3 times and the reason is that they still need a bank statement. My question is do I really have to wait until the end of September for a bank statement so that the money can be paid out to me. I have been with Platin Casino for over 5 years now but this is the first time something like this has happened there
