Hello,
I’m just after some thoughts and anyone with experience dealing with NationalBet.
I have deposited £200, and have a pending withdrawal for £1000 however am growing extremely frustrated with their KYC process.
They first requested a copy of my ID and proof of adress which I emailed through on the 22nd November. They came back on the 25th November advising the documents had been accepted, and now needed a photo of the front and back of my debit card which I then sent. On the 27th November, they then requested a selfie of me holding my ID infront of a computer screen which showed me logged into my NationalBet account which I sent.
On the 2nd December (this is where it gets ridiculous…), they emailed me ‘The relevant department requests a tax return apostilled. That is, to be certified and stamped as an official document by the competent authority of the country where the document was issued.’
I have used a large number of international casinos, and have never once been asked to send in anything ‘apostilled’. To get something apostilled can cost anything from £30 upto £100, and this just seems ridiculous. Who’s to say if I send this document, they won’t come back asking for something else to be sent?
The only way to contact the KYC team is via email as their Live Chat don’t deal with KYC/payout queries. The KYC team only work Mon-Fri and typically respond to me once a day if I’m lucky.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar, or am I just being taken for a complete idiot?
Any advice/opinions would be appreciated, thank you.
