Mystake withdrawals are rejected (page 3)

I understand that if you've had trouble with slots as you describe, that it's not the most pleasant. But our review is not made up of such things. In such cases I would ask the support what is the problem that your slots are not loading. Maybe you will find out that the game provider has some problem or there are some restrictions. Anyway, I can see that you have done so, which is wise. 

Unfortunately, if they have given you that information, then that's the way it's probably going to be and there's nothing you can do about it. The providers themselves determine who can play their slots. 

From what I've read, I have a feeling that this is the only problem. But of course it's your opinion and as long as you expressed it politely, I have no problem with it at all. 

Regarding the slots and the fact that they are limited, what are some examples that claim to be available but probably aren't ?

All Betsoft and all Platypus fail to load, black screen. Any of the others unable to be used in my region actually give a nice dialog box saying it is not available in my region. I don't want to beat this to death. I'm simply not going back and trying to spread the facts to my fellow slot players. Anyone that wants to take a deeper look into any of these claims can stop by customer service and ask for some kind of practice. I was terribly disappointed so I don't go back.

So that explains why you had a black screen, if those slots are not available in your region, then the provider itself has restrictions. 

Anyway, I understand your decision and I also wanted to say that if you have such issues, then it's best not to play here and find another casino where you won't have such problems. Add to that the customer support and it's probably just going downhill in this case. 

So there is no point in going back there. 

Right. Not a place where I will play. FYI, Betsoft is available to U.S. players. I've played Betsoft in many other casinos without any problems.
