Yeah, unfortunately I made the HUGE mistake of not checking this casino reputation before engaging with them….
so I just played a small tournament and won 100 USD but then in order to withdraw I had to have 150 minimum so I played on the slots with that win money then I got a surprising HUGE win of more than 1700 and I had total 1800 and I tried to withdraw that but they denied my withdrawal saying that I needed to wager 150 more so I did then I played back and for my money until I got up to 3000 so I attempted to withdraw again and this time they say the "bonus" rule applied and they only paid 125 dollars for it max… I asked for the rule link they never provided me with that link I asked for the logs or something oficial to prove me wrong and they never did send me anything so I chatted with them too and they said they were going to escalate my issue to the financial department then the financial department emailed me saying they had review my account already and the time for reviewing has past and they were not willing to reopen or review it a second time!!..,
so in conclusion this operator is one of the worst because most of the time they had my account again or they had sent me proof of the rules with oficial links and this time they just closed the case without any oficial information provided.

Hi, we would definitely prefer it if the positive messages were the ones that brought you here, but since you need help it's good that you wrote.
I can see from what you've described that the casino is pretty much avoiding any explanation and something in general I probably wouldn't want to hear either. Have you looked at the Terms and Conditions ? I don't understand why you had to wager 2 times and then they tell you that you can only withdraw a certain amount.
I also spotted that it's the casino's turn to reply to your complaint, so I guess they will tell us more about the whole situation.
Next time be sure to check the information beforehand because this casino was not the best choice.

Yeah, in the term and conditions they don’t specify any limits on bonus money from tournaments limits for withdrawals so, that’s why I’m so mad…

Then it doesn't seem right to me either. I know that sometimes the terms and conditions are written separately for a given bonus or similar, but if that wasn't the case, then I wonder how the whole thing will turn out.

Actually, I'm a bit worried how it will turn out. The casino doesn't even have a good safety index, so I wouldn't be surprised if they don't respond at all. The timer will probably be extended again if they don't make it, but we don't know how it will turn out.
I would love to say that they will leave an answer but I won't lie to you and I would rather be prepared for the worse. 😥
