It is outrageous that they have customer service and exaggerated times go by without a response. I express myself here because I could not have contact with customer service.
Even more disappointing is that when they answer it's your fault, washing your hands and giving meaningless excuses. I made a deposit to activate a promotion from 8 AM on the current day, as the promotion was not activated, I contacted customer service, 4 hours have passed and I have not received a response from them, one does the instructions as they mark the terms if there are errors I understand it but that is why a prompt and healthy response would be a sensible solution if you read this mr. Fortuna, I am disappointed by what I am going through.
