Hi Radka,


I won $34,000 last week andthey refuse to pay me out they have paid me out before little wins but this time they didn't.


They have even tried to offer me $1000 and extra credits in my account which I did bit except.

I Have lost all confidence playing online and will never play with Mirage66 or any agents who use the joker link.

well, that sounds suspicious. Did the casino accuse you of breaching any conditions? What was their argument, I wonder?

I can't understand their logic either. Why would you accept extra credit if you already won big and you only want to withdraw your winnings?🤔

I wonder what reputation score this casino gets after our Data Team finishes the review.

Hi Radka,

It's very disappointing. I haven't breached any rules at all I made direct deposit using pay id just like I have been for last 14 months.


Then first said they pay me after 2:00pm then started making excuse after excuse until they deactivated my account.

Hopefully there is something I can do to make then accountable for there actions.

So you do not know why your account has been closed, do you?

As soon we put this casino into our database, I'll ask you to submit a complaint. It should be soon, I can already see that my colleague is checking the casino, so it should be a matter of days I hope.

Hi Radka,

No they have stopped messaging me they did message my friend who also or was a big player on there site.

As he messaged them first asking for explanation to why they won’t pay out as he was one of there VIP players.

they asked to speak to me about taking $1000 and that they could work out bonus credit for both of us.

my friend told them to contact me directly which they did last week offering me $1000 in my bank account within minutes extra credit etc once again. which I declined and they have not message me since and have blocked me and ignored other message regarding my account and transactions etc.

Hi bronson,

the more I read about this whole situation, the less I like it.

Sounds very unprofessional and somehow shady - I can't help myself. As soon as the casino is published on our website, the complaint is necessary, I'd say.

Even if the casino has accused you of breaching some rules, offering you the extra credit would not make any sense.

I'm beginning to think that the casino is short of funds.

I think the casino may be short of funds too.

I have withdrawn $1000 couple times no issue.

I have submitted new complaint what are the chance of this issue getting resolved?


It says does not accept players from Australia.


in face book it is promoting that it’s a Australian casino and also has a Australian ANZ bank account where you deposits funds into so you can play.
