Max payout help

I won a large sum of money via a straight deposit (no bonuses applied at all). I submitted a request for the max daily cashout.

Out of nowhere, a large chunk of my balance disappeared and I was left with 6500k in balance and 1k waiting for withdrawal.

I reached out to chat, and they sited that their max payout is 50x your last deposit (not even all deposits since last cashout or anything )… which for me was $150… so a max cashout it $7500.

Guys… I had won… get this… $318,713.85! This wasn’t some small amount they just wiped away. This was a new house’s amount.

Again… it was a straight deposit. No bonus applied, no wagering requirements, etc. I understand max cashouts due to bonuses received… but I have never had a casino limit the max total cashout and just delete all other winnings on a straight deposit.

Is this even legal? This doesn’t seem legal.

Does anyone know? I can’t find anything online about it except in relation to bonuses. After I get the $7500, I’m considering opening a case with the Caracao gaming authority where they are licensed.

Any help or direction to resources would be appreciated l. I can’t find anything. Thank you!

Hello,

I'm sorry but there are even rules saying that you can withdraw only a 10x deposit.

It would be best to share the name of the casino so we can check its Terms and Conditions as well as its reputation and license and so on.

Unbelievable.

It is Wild Pharao. I have now seen your rating, but only now after having to look for resources about this issue.

I know a lot of people who play on this site, so I trusted it.

Also, they say you can withdraw max $1000k/day and that is not true. It’s $1000k/withdrawal and their withdrawals they say are done in 3-5 business days. I haven’t gotten my first one yet, but there is still time in that range.

Thank you for the reply. I am blown away that limiting a cashout on a straight deposit is legal.

Hello.

I'm sorry but this casino can hardly be trusted, even if we'll try to help you out we simply can't change the horrible withdrawal waiting time. 🙁 Be prepared for a very long run.

I'd strongly recommend finding yourself a decent casino.

Concerning the max cashout on a straight deposit, by completing a registration player content to follow all the Terms and Conditions, that's it, sadly. It must be very disputable when it comes to a progressive jackpot, however.

Hello, I would like to ask you if you can help me in a cause never seen before, I have been playing at superlines casino for about 8 months and in January I won 250 euros and they paid me without problems, 10 days ago I deposited 30 euros and I won 2000 , there was a bonus of 120 who canceled me immediately and I asked for a withdrawal of 1850, they replied that they pay me only 600 and twice from 300 saying that up to now I have only played with them 750 euros and that I can not withdraw more than 600 Is this possible? For me it is not a legal thing to take 1250 euros off my winnings of 1850, can you help me pf? Thanks

Hello,

I moved your post because it doesn't belong to the competition thread.

Frankly, I would like to point out that you chose to play in a bad casino which only allows withdrawal based on the previously deposited amount.

I feel this could be the case, not to mention that this Casino Superlines applies unfair conditions in general:

Try to ask their live chat, they could be able to explain the whole calculation to you.

Honestly, I'd go for a decent casino instead.

if you are a real money player.you absolutely must. deposit with bonus rules read terms and conditions.

You can be happy that they paid you €600....you didn't meet the %100 sales conditions...even if you meet %100 requirements, you still don't get the total credit paid out with the bonus rule, the maximum payout amount is limited is .. remaining amount nada can then spin as long as you want .. or after payment transaction the complete bonus amount expires.

is it that hard to read the terms and conditions before you deposit play or check out on new registration.

But how is it possible that there is such a rule, there is no other casino that I have to deposit and lose 5000 to be able to cash out 2000

Hello,

there are many factors that can affect your max payout, especially if you play with bonuses.

Almost every bonus has a maximum cashout limit, so you are not allowed to withdraw over this limit.

It's the way how casinos earn their house edge.

You should read this guide to gain a better orientation in bonuses:

You say you deposited 30 and there was a bonus of 120. Did you get the bonus together with the deposit or have you received it later?
