feel unfairly treated by jokabet. As it turns out, players from the United Kingdom (where I live) cannot withdraw funds from jokabet. So my question is, why I was able to make a deposits?? i deposited with you more than 3000 paunds. I didn't use a VPN, I used an English account for payments, I provided my region as Great Britain when creating an account, I provided an English phone number for verification! I guess it's a little unfair that you allowed my money to reach you, but you no longer allow me to withdraw my winnings. I will demand a refund of half of my deposits in this case from you which I have posted on the website, and we close this topic

I don't believe that with today's technological possibilities, a casino cannot completely block logging in from a restricted country - writing in small print in the privacy policy that it is not allowed, when in fact the website is working and deposits can be made - unfortunately it looks like a deliberate measure aimed at misleading UK clients and hoping that they will not apply for their funds. For example - bookmaker websites from Poland all have their entry blocked, as soon as we connect to the English network, we immediately receive information that the website is not working due to restrictions and the current location. I'm talking about much smaller companies than Jokabet, which can somehow guarantee customers from other countries that they won't accidentally lose money.

Hello.

Obviously, people from restricted countries should never be able to deposit money. Sadly, many casinos insist they can't enforce local block for such countries, and despite the country being stated as restricted in the Terms and Conditions, some casinos still have that country available in the registration form. Under such circumstances, I would suggest that such casinos should verify players immediately upon registration. Which would, in my opinion, be much more complicated than investing in a properly working block.

It's highly unfair to use a lack of initiative as a reason for voiding someone else's winnings.

Hopefully, the complaint proves it.

They wrote back to me that I should make sure that my country is not subject to restrictions and referred to T&C paragraphs 4.1-4.3. I asked them so they can't refund my deposits? I provided evidence of a lot of advertisements encouraging players from the UK to play on their website, when I set up an account I provided my details such as

Address

And telephone number for verification, so why didn't told me on the begging that I can’t play from my country?? And I was able to play and depositing money, and I told them that if they don't return the funds to me, I will report the case to my bank as a fraud, where even their employees on live chat mislead customers and say that players from Great Britain are accepted. I've received the answer:

so I will wait until the maximum 10 business days, if I do not receive a response and a refund, I will go to the bank as I said and report fraud, they are misleading customers (they got time till 22/07) I will keep you updated.
