Yeah not sure if you have played crazy time live game show but it’s so rigged,

yeah just keep at it and always be polite as I’m on another site and some people were rude to them and didn’t get refund as they don’t have to give refund

Not approached my bank yet, just waiting to see what jokabet says.

But don't think I have a case with my bank tbh

The bank won’t help unless your signed up with Gamstop before you gambled all the money,

as the bank says if you don’t have a problem and you willingly signed up and deposit then any losses you incur are your problem,

I tried with my bank NatWest and Santander and they both couldn’t do anything

You can say that they told lies about uk players was allowed to play deposit and you found out it was false how long did it take to spend 35k

If I was you put a claim in for fraud because they have told lies also letting you deposit that much and no checks being made they need to be investigated I do hope you get your money back

Problem is unless he is with Gamstop which shows he has a problem then the bank will say not much can be done as he had control and just kept depositing that much,

I did it with a site 2 years back and I filled a complaint with the fraud department and 2 weeks was refunded full amount

I'll see what happens with the casino first and take it from there.

I’m also have the same issue I spent over £4000 before they closed my account because I’m for the uk what you need to do is contact Curaçao eGaming and make a formal complaint Iv managed to get £2000 back so far of my deposits and I’m still waiting for £2450 it’s been 2 months and just keep getting told the same thing over and over I’m not in the best of health at the min as iv recently been diagnosed with ms multiple sclerosis iv informed them of my health issues and im not supposed to be getting stressed out but this has been so stressful they really don’t rush it’s so frustrating I hope this help any one else from the uk to get their deposit back I suppose if enough people complain to Curaçao eGaming then they will have to change their signing up pages to clearly stair they don’t accept uk customers or they could potentially lose their licence or face massive fines I’ll be getting it another week and I’ll be leaving reviews on every platform their is to warn other of this scam

Thanks for sharing. I've been contacting then almost everyday and it's been nearly 1 month. They keep telling me to be patient and they are still investigating the matter.

May I ask what their reason was for only refunding some money back?

reason for only getting 2000 back was because I was that stressed over it with being diagnosed with MS. I just wanted to offer with so I sent them give me two grand and that’ll do. I’ll forget about it but then when I spoke to the fraud department and he gaming they informed me that I was entitled to a full refund so I should tell him that I want the rest of the money and that’s what I did. They thought they were getting away with only paying me two grand, but they had no right to take advantage of me and so I’m pursuing them for the full amount, every penny of the deposit should be refunded E gaming are fully aware of this happening with jokabet and they really didn’t show them too happy and were more than willing to take my case on but I said I will try myself and if I don’t get it back then I will pass it over to them and I’m pretty sure they will get it for me and I’m pretty sure they can’t get big fines as well and it all looks bad for when they want to renew their license even action fraud in England. have heard a lot about this so it must’ve been happening to a lot of peopleI wish you the best of luck though mate, hope you get your money back

im also getting told the same thing the team is investigating the matter blah blah but don’t give up go to action fraud and log it with them also and let jokabet no you are about to file a complaint with Curaçao eGaming that who gives the licenses and they have the power to get your money back if they don’t play ball also go on trust pilot. Leave a review and some one for jokabet will message you strait away that will also help you they can’t keep getting away with this just imagine if ya won like £20000 and you try to with draw it and the close your account coz iv heard of it happening
