Did u reach out to jokabet prior to your complaint submission that you had a gambling problem? As the response from casino guru is they can't help me unless I raised/addressed this with the casino prior

Nope I never raised this to them until I wanted my refund,


they kept letting me deposit again and again and again and I said there site had nothing in place to protect anyone from safer gambling
