I'm not raising a dispute yet because I want to make sure I have no funds with them so they can't retaliate. I would also prefer to do it anonymously just in case.
Here is my evidence, which I have recorded.
Background:
The casino is utilizing an intermediary service so that players can play providers that are otherwise not allowed in their jurisdiction. This was previously great since I was now able to play Pragmatic, Netent, Plany'n'go etc... newest slots, and they do not appear pirated.
However in the last 3 days their system has been failing (to me it looks like their cloudflare server is being overloaded) - game rounds will time out while waiting for a reply from api.cdn678.com - which is a cloudflare server presumably hosting their 'redirection' service.
The scam:
Now here is the interesting part- this particular casino gives you 3-5 days of 75 free spins each day on 3 different Pragramatic Play slots.
An example hit rate for one of these slots is 1/2.7 - so on average more than 1 in 3 spins should pay something.
However, over the past 3 days I have done over 250 spins on all 3 of the games and had exactly ZERO paying spins.
This of course is statistically impossible. Support ignores, denies or just outright do not understand my complaint.
I have video evidence of these non-stop losing spins (although it would be painful to watch as the game server is timing out after every 1-4 spins).
I'm happy to send this to a staff member here.
I'm also happy for a staff member to log in to my account at this casino, play through all 75 free spins and I can guarantee they will not have a single paying spin.
