I have proof a casino is altering game results

I'm not raising a dispute yet because I want to make sure I have no funds with them so they can't retaliate. I would also prefer to do it anonymously just in case.

Here is my evidence, which I have recorded.

Background:

The casino is utilizing an intermediary service so that players can play providers that are otherwise not allowed in their jurisdiction. This was previously great since I was now able to play Pragmatic, Netent, Plany'n'go etc... newest slots, and they do not appear pirated.

However in the last 3 days their system has been failing (to me it looks like their cloudflare server is being overloaded) - game rounds will time out while waiting for a reply from api.cdn678.com - which is a cloudflare server presumably hosting their 'redirection' service.

The scam:

Now here is the interesting part- this particular casino gives you 3-5 days of 75 free spins each day on 3 different Pragramatic Play slots.

An example hit rate for one of these slots is 1/2.7 - so on average more than 1 in 3 spins should pay something.

However, over the past 3 days I have done over 250 spins on all 3 of the games and had exactly ZERO paying spins.

This of course is statistically impossible. Support ignores, denies or just outright do not understand my complaint.

I have video evidence of these non-stop losing spins (although it would be painful to watch as the game server is timing out after every 1-4 spins).

I'm happy to send this to a staff member here.

I'm also happy for a staff member to log in to my account at this casino, play through all 75 free spins and I can guarantee they will not have a single paying spin.

Hi, if you feel that something is wrong in the casino and you have evidence of it, I think the best thing to do would be to file a complaint so that our team can check it out and take a deeper look at the situation. You can do that here on this link

However, it would also be good to know what casino is involved. Will you go ahead and file a complaint ?

Hi Jaro,

Yes I will name and file a complaint but not until I have all my spins/money out of the casino.

Like I mentioned I don't want to have them retaliate.

I can send the videos privately before then however if you're interested.

I get it, but if there are any complications with the withdrawal and you haven't received the money, you know that you can contact us and we will try to help you.

Nevertheless, for now it will be best if you keep everything and when the time is right for you, you will use it.

I hope you can get your money.

That sounds super frustrating, especially when support isn’t addressing your concerns. From what you’re describing, it does seem statistically off to have that many spins without a single payout, especially over multiple days and across different games. The cloudflare server issue could be affecting gameplay consistency, too, which makes it even harder to trust the outcomes. It might be worth gathering all your documentation and reaching out to a gambling regulator or a player advocacy site that can take it up anonymously. Good luck, hope it gets sorted!

I am happy to see that you can write different kinds of posts in addition to link-building activities. But does it actually have a sense to respond to such a "dead" conversation, I wonder? Seems like a random pick 🙂

Well, we shall see, I guess. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about how to contribute to this forum.
