has anyone else had an issue with this casino? They are saying they cannot pay my winnings as my bank declined it. I know this to be a lie... they are not replying to my emails.

I just wondered if anyone else had had this and found a way to be paid out.

Could you please post the URL of this casino so we can be sure which one is it? I believe that we don't have it in our database yet, and I would like to pass it on to our data team to prepare the full review of it.

Also, please try to describe the issue in more details. As such: Is your account fully verified there? What exactly do you mean when saying that your bank declined the payment? What did your bank say regarding that?

Sure. I’ve been paid now less £10 for whatever. I don’t care. Just glad it’s sorted

I was fully verified. When I won money, I then went to withdraw. The email I got said it was being processed. At no time did I get anything suggesting an issue. There were a few options of methods to use to withdraw. I went with Mastercard which is how I deposited

I then saw that my withdrawal amount was back in my casino balance. In the end i tried 3 or 4 times. I’d only carried on playing as I didnt know the money I was withdrawing hadn’t worked at that time. On the online chat, the person said my bank hadn’t accepted their deposit of my winnings. I knew that couldn’t be right but I contacted my bank anyway. No one had tried to deposit into my bank account. I then emailed the support team at the casino, but no reply. I went back into the online chat - I’d won more at this point. This time the online chat said try a different method to withdraw. I was thankfully able to use bank transfer with my IBAN number. This was so easily sorted had that been said at the beginning or if the support team had bothered to reply to me. I’ll never use them again

Unfortunately after not reading all the bad reviews online I’m going through the exact same situation as you right now. Deposited £30 and got a £30 bonus with it, long story short I managed to turn the £60 into £1600 which was over the wagering limit needed to withdraw the money. Like you I tried to withdraw the money and was informed that I could only request £500 at a time, After this request was rejected (apparently by my bank even though my bank said they knew nothing of a request) I went back and forth with the useless live chat and the email that doesn’t reply to you. I have just read your comment and requested the withdrawal using my IBAN number so fingers crossed I can get it sorted. Honestly I’ve never experienced this with a company before, they’re the worst thing possible.

Ooh well done on your winnings. I never wager as got caught out once. But my IBAN worked so 🤞

How long did it take you to get your money after doing it through the IBAN? The way I was winning I should of known something was wrong with the website 🤣

Alright then. It is great that you sorted it out and got your winnings. Please let Nick know in your complaint as well so the case can be closed now.

I will also inform our data team about this casino so they can prepare the full review of it shortly.

Are you going to continue there now? What do you think?

Could you let us know, please, how does it go with your withdrawal? Hopefully, everything will be sorted out soon, and you will get your winnings. Fingers crossed.🤞

All done and I have them, thank you

Will do, thanks

it’s tempting, given now I know how to withdraw, I can. But whether that was them putting themselves out to help or it’ll always be ok, I won’t take that risk.

I played until I asked about the legality of the casino in the UK. One employee wrote to me that this casino is illegal in the UK and then blocked my account. 3x50£ and 40£ were taken from my bank account and the casino account show me (declined) . I kindly ask for a refund of all my deposits that I made. If it is illegal you should not allow me to create an account and make deposits. I will add that I read all the therms and conditions and there was no information about legality in the UK

Hi there.

I must admit this is quite strange response the casino showed to you.

Frankly, I'm a bit lost when it comes to the aforementioned transactions. Does it mean the casino declined withdrawal requests you submitted before or did the bank declined these transactions?

Are also still in touch with the casino? Perhaps it may be useful. In any case, respond to me, please, so we can think something up.

I keep writing an email and describing the situation but I have not received any response yet. I will add that I was not a verified player, I believe that the casino should not accept my deposits

I made 3 deposits of £50 and one of £40. The money was taken from my bank account but I didn't see it in the casino. Why do you think the casino's response is strange?

I was playing the game and something came to my mind to ask support if the casino is legal in the UK. I got the answer "this casino is not legal in the UK" and then he immediately blocked my account

Oh, I see. Thank you.

Well, we at Casino Guru do not deal with legality; similar situations can be from our perspective, which is defined in the Fair Gambling Codex 👈 considered simirarly to "restricted countries" situations.

We believe the efforts should be taken on both sides. Is, for instance, the UK available in the registration form? Based on our system, this casino does not allow players from your country. Yet it seems you were able to register anyway. If the casino intended to let you register and then confiscate your winnings because you came from restricted country, it would be pure scam.

If they prefer to let you play without any restrictions no matter where you came from, we see no harm in that, as long as you are treated fairly.

As you can see, the missing UK license is not the most pressing matter, yet I believe you know you should only play in a properly licensed casino. This is the difference between our fair approach and legal points.

Does it mean these funds were also returned to your bank account, please? I want to be sure no harm was done to you.

The response feels strange because, as I mentioned earlier, casinos without proper licenses usually know very well they should not accept players from restricted countries or players from highly regulated markets (the UK, Germany, Australia, Greece, and many more). But to fair and square, I have never heard the casino would deliberately confirm to be illegal just because a player asked them.

That's quite extraordinary.

Maybe their system is not set up well, and thanks to you they came to know players from the UK were able to register. Although it is just conjecture, there might not have been any "bad intention" behind allowing players from your nation at all. Perhaps you caught them by surprise. Well, hard to guess.
