Cheated they don't want to pay

I've been waiting for a withdrawal since the 24th and so far it's always the same .the live chat is just automatic recorded responses .i don't know what else to do .i don't recommend this casino to anyone .it's just a scam the deposits are correct the withdrawals always have problems paying out they want us to cancel the withdrawals so we lose everything .casinos like this should be closed down .scams

Hi, so I selected bank transfer and they haven't asked for verification yet. I checked my account myself and it says I've already done it before they ask, like some online sites do. It says verification isn't necessary, and as I said, it's not a live chat; it's automatic. Until yesterday, they kept telling me they'd pay out promptly, within 3 days. Yesterday, they said it would take a maximum of 5 days. I took screenshots of all the chat history, so I can prove everything. They said they were working on it, but nothing since. Thanks.

Bank transfers can take up to 5 days. We shouldn't forget that weekend was also here and at this time casinos don't usually process withdrawals.
