the casino is so new that it is not yet listed on Casino Guru, but it has been operated by Adonio NV (replacement operator for Rabidi NV) since 2024!
Since I had a very negative experience right from the start, I would like to warn any users who are interested in honest bonuses:
I activated the "100% up to €200" bonus on my first deposit, but after the transfer the bonus did not appear in my account.
Only after asking support do you find out (there is NOTHING about this in the bonus terms and conditions) that you only have to contact live chat AFTER you have lost your real money in order to receive the bonus!
Apart from the fact that this is more than dubious, my account was blocked due to a translation error by the chat employee without any statement regarding the bonus!
After that, there were further chat contacts and two emails to support asking me to reopen my account and activate my bonus, but they deliberately ignore me!
Therefore, WARNING to all those who are expecting a bonus, because if there are such problems with bonuses right from the start, I don't even want to know how withdrawals work at Talismania (various complaints about this already exist on other casino platforms)!
