I opened my account and deposited 350 euros which I lost, I requested permanent closure due to gambling addiction.


The account was closed but a few days later it was reactivated and I deposited (600 euros on different occasions).

With the last deposit, I was lucky and managed to recover 600 euros (which they now do not allow me to withdraw)


Given the attitude the casino is showing, I think it won't be easy for them to process my withdrawal. Either they can't/don't want to pay or they intend to cancel the withdrawals until I play them and lose them.
