To sum it up, the casino was decent last year, but it became worse and much worse since the beginning of this year. Something must have happened there and many people have issues with delayed withdrawals. I know about cases where the players eventually got paid after many weeks so it's not all lost for now.

I asked the support again today. The only information that came up was that I should wait a few minutes. After more than 30 minutes of waiting, the support also stopped responding.
