Balance hold

Hello, I want to file a complaint against Juegalo.com for withholding my balance without clear justification.

After playing according to all the rules, I requested to withdraw my funds, but my request was rejected. I was informed that my account was under review for violating the Terms and Conditions, but I was never told which terms I violated or how I did it.

After a considerable wait and several emails asking for explanations, I was finally informed that my account was reactivated and that I could use it again. However, my money is still being held and I have not been given any further explanation as to the reasons for the hold.

My current balance is CLP $362,884, but a significant portion of my funds was withheld without any clear or justifiable reason. I request that the alleged violation be explained to me specifically or that my money be fully refunded.

From your description, though, this casino doesn't seem very nice when it comes to the communication with its customers. It is really important to explain the whole reason for keeping any funds from the player. And therefore you have done good that you came here. May I ask how long have you been playing in this casino and if you managed to fully verify your account?

Yes, I managed to verify everything correctly and it was the first time I played there for a bonus, everything was done on the fly and they literally took everything away from me and didn't respond to me anymore, not even on social media.
