Accaunt blocked Fortune Clock

Hi after depositing 50 euros on my fortuneclock casino account I won 550 I sent the withdrawal documents 4 times today they blocked my account saying that I can't withdraw because it's forbidden game in Italy they also took away 500 euros

We would like to remind you that for section 4.4. of the Terms and Conditions of our Casino, the Company does not allow you to create an account and deposit money to citizens of the following countries: the United States, Ukraine, Canada, Spain, France, the Netherlands and Italy.

Due to the direct violation of our Casino's Terms and Conditions, the balance will be reset to the amount you deposited before the game session. This amount will be available for withdrawal. Once the withdrawal request is complete, your account will be blocked.

Thanks for the reply. I'm afraid the casino is right when they refused the pay you the winnings. There's no restricted game that you played, but according to their Terms and Conditions, players from Italy aren't allowed to even create an account in this casino 😕

On the other hand, we believe that if casinos don't accept players from certain countries, they should block them immediately when they try to access their website, so this is not the ideal solution from their end as well.

They offered you to return your deposits that you can withdraw back using the same payment method so you're not going to lose the money that you deposited in the casino.

I'd suggest you to read the Terms and Conditions more carefully in the future or when you decide to play in a new casino, you can always ask the customer support if your country is accepted and then you can save the reply just in case they would try to block your account for the same reason in the future.

But it seems unusual to accept a deposit and not a withdrawal
