20bet withdrawal pending

I am trying to open a complaint for withdrawals still pending from 20bet but I can't open it. However 20 bet after confirming that the KYC procedure is approved does not want to approve my withdrawals and leaves them pending. I have asked for an explanation several times and they continue to say that they are in the queue and must be checked. But what do they still have to check if all my documents including selfie with ID have already been approved??
