Do you know that the free games that we offer here come from the sources of the game providers? This implies that the game itself is just streamed. Furthermore, I genuinely do not understand your concern, as these games are in free mode only.

Do you mean that free games are fixed so that you can not win?

Casino guru why I can't open your tournament

Hi, which tournament you can't open. I tried them and they both went fine for me. Could you post me a screenshot of what it shows you ? 

You know what I really don't like is when someone sends you a email to come play in there tournament and you go to play and they tell you it's not available in your country that just pisses me off👹😡😡. You know I have alot respect for casino guru but you got to fix this it's not right.🥺🥺

It appears that the game provider has chosen to limit the country in which you reside for an unknown reason, and the Casino Guru Team has not been notified. We are only granted access to the games; we are unable to restrict or deny access to any nations.

Could you please tell me which tournament is giving you trouble? It's not visible in the screenshot.

You are more than welcome to use the VPN to get around this third-party restriction and continue playing as usual.

As for the tournament, I wrote to Juraj when the problem arose and he said he would let me know when he knew more. So far I guess he hasn't received any information but we'll see if it's temporary or permanent. 

Anyway, as Radka mentioned, if you have the option to use a VPN, you can still connect without any problems.

Sure I totally understand, I would also be surprised if I got an email about joining a tournament and it wasn't available for me. I didn't have such information that there would be another country where the tournament is not available. 

Anyway, VPN is always the way to go in our tournaments, so you can join from any country. Only emails should of course not be sent where the provider has restrictions. 

As soon as I find out more, I'll be sure to let you know.😥
