As the screenshot says, there was a technical issue, so the tournament was not available. It's working now. 😉
Each tournament has only a certain number of spins. Starting a new day doesn't give you any more spins. So unfortunately it doesn't work that way. 😕
But every week, there is a new tournament to start. Though I doubt it is the most compelling analogy to daily renewal, it is still something. 😉
