Hello,

Right now, the most important step is to keep your complaint updated clearly and accurately, simply put, it’s your turn to provide the necessary details so the resolver can understand and act on the issue.

As you know, reposting the same concerns on the forum won’t move things forward. It’s still just me managing this with you. 🙂

As you can see for yourself, the wave of unhappy players seems to have calmed down quite a bit, and new complaints are not appearing, which suggests the casino is making some effort for now.

We’ve been the only platform able to help players get their payments, so please know that we are committed to supporting you, not just giving up on casinos when problems arise.

We’ve already discussed this issue multiple times, and if new problems arise, the head of the Data Team will be reviewing everything carefully.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation

Im not so sure if that is true that they are paying players. I see a lot of unresolved complaints and now they have disabled their website.

But yes I agree, you seem to be the only forum able to get some people paid.

I wish I saw this thread before I used them, it sounds like I'll have to write off whatever I had pending there.

They have just jumped into maintenance for a couple of days now, no warning and I wouldn't be shocked it they just run.

A casino this disingenuous with its customers shouldn't be rated so highly.

It appears that diplomacy and patience work the best.

Only when players lose the money is the case rejected; hence, the players are left unpaid. In all other scenarios, the complaints have been working thus far. But I still feel the bitter taste and will take a look at the cases from time to time.

Hello,

it is quite the opposite, though. Our complaint center has been able to secure the payouts, so do not lose the money and be patient, please.

I agree the rating is high, but that was a decision made to enable our specialists to resolve cases. Honestly, ban or blacklist won't help resolve players' payments; we know that much. 🙁

But I agree it looks very strange at the first glance. It makes sense to consult both the user reviews and the forum, although I understand that this may not be immediately obvious from the start.

I do get where casinoguru is coming from. If they ban/blacklist, the casino wont see any benefit of paying players. When I say they should, its out of pure frustration that a casino can just not pay people for almost half a year. But smart thing is to not blacklist them..or else none of us get paid.

They dropped the rating to the 7.4 and added a warning on the review page.

I am in the same frustration as others. I would never ever have deposited here if I saw this thread. I deposited because they had a 9.1 rating.

Now it is set at 7.4 and the warning, I suspect a lot of people will avoid depositing here now. Ybets can work their way back up the rating if they could actually just behave themselves and be ethical. Its never too late.

If you want your cashout, they may pay. It looks like the time frame is 4 months to get paid so up to you if you want to wait that long. I dont blame you either way.

This website randomly went into "maintenance" for me a few days ago. Is it the same for everyone?

I've never seen a casino just go offline for days before

Yes been disabled for 4-5 days.

All 3 of their casinos are offline.

Occasionally, maintenance is required for the casino. We hope that after this, it will speed up and improve a little more and that it will not take long.

We are watching it closely as well.🙂

Hi all,

I have a balance of about $950 at Ybets, but the site has been in maintenance for several days and there’s still no clear information on when it will be back. Can anyone from Ybets or the Casino Guru moderators clarify what’s going on, and if there’s an expected timeframe for resolution?

At what point should players with significant balances become concerned?

Thanks for any updates.

Hello,

The short version is that maintenance is currently taking place, and the casino will resume operations once it is completed, I assume. Essentially, there can be no resolution until the casino is operational.

Once the casino is back online, we shall all know more. I understand it is concerning, but usually it is just technical maintenance. Try to hold on, please keep us posted. If things go sideways, which I hope won't happen, you may always submit a complaint to receive support.

Hi.

Who ever thinks that site maintenance for over a week is normal needs to question itself. Maintenance happen in short window of few hours because no one can afford to be offline that long. There is no business offline for online site. So the real question now after a week is, WTF is going on with ybets.

This is something else and most disturbing part is that you can't know is it a really bunch of incapable developers, bad management or just rug pull from 'them'.

Thanks for the updates.

I just wanted to mention something I noticed: recently another casino, iWild, displayed the exact same "maintenance" message for a few days. When it eventually came back online, the whole layout and structure had changed — and it now looks very similar to Ybets.

Could this suggest they share the same operator or platform? If that’s the case, maybe the same type of backend update is happening here.

Still, the length of downtime is worrying, especially with no official communication. It would be great if Ybets could provide some clarity so that players with balances know what to expect.

They purchased iwild.

It may be possible they are closing down ybets and snatch and ripping players off but starting a new casino and hoping nobody knows.

No company on earth closes a casino down for this long. I see some other casino have been in maintenance for months...I cant remember the names and now Im curious if this is what they do....rob players..says its in maintenance but never restart it and then open a new casino..rinse and repeat

Yes something doesn't add up here. Even Radka is having to assume, which means they haven't actually contacted anyone about this. Just a random shut down with no notice, no emails sent, no time frame.

No real business does this as sdex said above.

I hope im wrong but this is just all looking like money stolen.

Generally, casino maintenance lasts hours or a day max., but the longest downtime I've seen on a casino was Betzino, which was in maintenance mode for about 2 weeks early this year, without any communication to players, and then reopened after the reconstruction with player balances and everything being just fine. Hope that's the case for Ybets as well. If they purchased iwild, they can't get away with stealing money from players if the parent company keeps operating? Or am I wrong?

Support told me via email all payments are suspended for the time being.

At least a slightly good sign that they are communicating.

It is not working. Stll under maintenance. And it is funny because they informed you with yet another lie.
