Ybets is live again with zero changes

Today is the 60th day I have not been paid

I expect even more delayed payments because I can't imagine they would be able to process withdrawals while being under maintenance.

I received a payment within 2 days of the website opening, so they are operational and paying, which is good. The problem now is that none of their games actually play. Whichever game I select,it shows as "this game is not available". Tried from 2 PCs and same problem so it's not on my side. Anyone else is having these problems?

Hello, I tried that too; the demo works but I do not have an open account with them, so I could not try the real games. I look forward to seeing more players with updates. thank you for the withdrawal confirmation, though. I believe this is exactly the information we need to hear. 🙂

I have not been paid in 65 days now.

My first ever payment from them also took over 2 months. About 3 weeks for them to verify my account, then a month because they stated "game results had to be checked with the game operator for fairness" and then additional week to process the withdrawal. I had to make a complaint regarding this, but it got eventually solved (https://kasinoguru-cz.com/ybets-casino-financni-prostredky-hrace-jsou-zpozdeny).

My last withdrawal was sent within 2 days of Ybets website re-opening though, so I guess they are very slow to verify you and do the KYC, but once that is done it should hopefully be fine.

And just to update, all their games are working now.

It seems they pay one player ever 2-4 months in order not to get blacklisted here.

I see complaints all over the snatch thread too.

Yes, they did this as well in my complaint, always answered on their 7th day.

Are you verified with them? If not, would be interesting to see how quickly other verified players do get paid.

Guess they also purchased Snatch, used to be Altacore as well.

As far as I can say, we are still on the lookout for similar delays. The latest casino history wasn't convincing at all.

They did pay me 2 withdrawals since they re-opened, both arrived within 2 days of requesting, so it does look like they just take really long to verify (as I said, mine took about 2 months), but once you've gone through that you should be fine.

The also bought iwild.

I sent my document in a long time ago.

They just refuse to do anything at all.

Yes, I also play at iwild and was verified there long time ago and now they required me to be verified again at iwild. Will see how that goes.

You went through crap with this casino and you are still playing on it. You must be real masochists. When you down on your knees, you need more beating.

I will,same second I receive my assets get the f*** out of that place for good. And you should do it to. That should be leason for casino, but no, you are acknowleding theri acts by staying and playing.

There are dozens of casino that have KYC process well established, no suspicious game provider checks and withdraw in matter of minutes (crypto wise).

I would go away, but it's very hard from the Czech Republic to find a good casino.

Vulkan Vegas was probably the only good casino I've every played at, no bad experience at all. Last year however they stopped taking Czech citizens.

So I joined Bluechip. Within a few days they blocked my account and claimed I was a PUP with a bad media coverage. There is a person that has the same name as me in the Czech Republic and who had bad media coverage, but their system marked me and they wanted to confiscate nearly 1000 EUR. So Ybets and iWild are my last casinos that at least pay. iWild has been great over the last year but now the same company that holds Ybets acquired them and they want to verify me, hope it won't take long. And Ybets, although veryfing long, they do payouts within 2-3days now, so I'm fine with that.

From the Czech Republic any casino that has a rating of 9 and above doesn't accept Czech citizens, so I guess if iWild and Ybets leave our country I'm gonna drive 2 hours to a land based casino every weekend to be able to play safe...
