After maybe 4 months? If you hit big you will likely not get paid.

Its been 75 days and I have not been paid a measily $2500usd. Casino guru gave them a warning in my complaint. Either pay me in 7 days or they are getting another hit to their safety score.

They are inches away from being blacklisted. I would not play here until they prove they pay players properly.

I think that the 10x deposit withdrawal only applies to bonus winnings, at least that's how I understand it. From a regular deposit and real money games, winnings should be unlimited (or up to some large amount in the range of hundreds of thousands of Euros max).

Even though ybets is paying people, they are waiting 90 days to payout with numerous stalling strategies, lying and other bs.

This casino should be rated at the very highest a 5. A 7.4 says it is above average. It isnt.

Casinoguru really needs to revamp their scoring system. Suggesting borderline rogue casinos at a 7 is ridiculous. a 7 casino is an average casino that pays within 5 days. This casino in my opinion is a 4 or lower.

Hi guys, I want to share my experience as well.

I see from previous messages I'm not the only one who had or still has problems with this casino..

It took 4 months for a withdrawal, I wrote to chat support team several times, and every time there was a different excuse.

First you have to play 3x your deposit, then you need to play same amount in casino and sports as well (so the wagering amount is 6x not 3x?), then again another excuse.

I had to file a complaint in order to get my money back, and it took 2 months to resolve it. I just received my money a few days ago, after 4 months of emails, chats and complaint.

I think 7.4 rating is ridiculous, this casino should have 4 or even lower score.

Do not deposit your money in this casino. Stay safe!
