Hello. I would like to make a note about this casino here. This casino has the necessary live support, good casino promotions and sports betting, fast verification. But at the same time, the casino has rules before which the player is defenseless. One of the main and important is the withdrawal of funds. And in this casino, the terms of withdrawal of funds are not indicated anywhere in the rules. Even if your account is fully verified, this does not guarantee that your withdrawal request will be completed in the near future. I tried to find any inflation where the casino would indicate the terms for considering applications, but there is nothing there. And as a result, the player is defenseless in front of the casino, the casino can consider your application for withdrawal of funds for a long time. And I believe that this is the main fact that requires the close attention of the casino staff.
Pardon me but I probably failed to understand your concern.
What exactly is missing in the terms, please? My best guess goes to the estimated withdrawal time. 🤔
Kindly let me know.
You understood everything correctly. Due to the lack of specific deadlines for this casino, a situation may arise when the casino can keep your money at its discretion, as it is happening now with my account. live support can not specifically indicate when I can receive my money
I see now.
I must say that I would be concerned if such a situation truly became reality. Allow me to share a different point of view. We have a casino that states clearly in its terms that withdrawal made by VISA card (just an example) takes approx. 48 hours.
I can assure you, that all players take that as an ultimate deadline. So, the player asks for the withdrawal and it triggers the verification. But most players fail to understand that the "deadline" mentioned in terms refers to the transaction, not to the whole process of verification, additional check, or security check. So our player may feel confused and is sure that the casino does not comply with its own rules.
I'm sorry to say that but there is another issue that may occur, honestly, it is happening right now in several casinos across the globe. Our casino hires a 3rd party company - a payment provider - to handle all casino transactions with players. What is happening now is that some of those providers are experiencing issues with local banks, meaning that not all payment options are available for each country or player. So without knowing and only relying upon information from its payment provider, the casino is helpless towards players, who use the casino's terms as a strong argument.
What I'm trying to say is that maybe there is a reason for that. This is just what comes to my mind based on all the information I found across the forum and complaints. Only the casino can explain the real reason. 🙂
Feel free to browse the forum and open complaints, you'll find many posts about what I have just described 🙁
I have been waiting for over 10 days and my withdrawal request is still pending. The support service writes to me every day that they are very busy and cannot give a specific time frame for when they will process my application. And how now to get a large amount of money there if the casino cannot consider my application for more than 10 days. And they have no problems with transfers, since I have a crypto wallet. They just delay payment. I also wrote to them by mail, no response from the mail. The support team of this casino cannot solve my problem with the payment of my winnings
I must say that this is very unfortunate, I understand that it is not so easy to believe that the casino is not capable of paying you for 10 - or more days, and it is easy to see that as a strategy.
Well, if the delay is truly caused by the fact that the casino is overwhelmed, it would make sense that emails are not answered - not polite but quite logical, I guess. 🙁
So, if the casino fails to solve this issue during the next 3 days, the complaint team is ready to step in.
Hi. I imagine you are not the only one with such a good question. It is a smaller international casino with a simple and clean website design, according to the review. Yet frankly, it's hard to tell whether they support mobile versions. I suggest you ask it's live chat or try that without a deposit.
What do you think?
Thanks for the response Radka. Yes I tried their live chat, they are mobile-friendly and I have signed up, it's an amazing casino, I've won already!! 😛
So it was quite fast and also effective as I can see. Were you able to withdraw some money? What did you manage to win on? 😉
Yes I manged to withdraw a small amount not much, I deposited 20€ and withdrew 75€ so not a bad little win! Withdrawal was quick too, once KYC was done.
I played my favorite game Reactoonz, its an old game but I love it 🙂
Thank you for your reply. How long did KYC take? What payment method did you use to withdraw?
I think even a small withdrawal is better than nothing so I would take it positively.
well they said withdrawal within 2 business day, and the KYC was approved in that time. So maximum 48hrs really, not long, I was happy with that. Payment method was just a Visa, nothing fancy! 😂
So that's actually pretty quick I'd say. Sometimes such withdrawals take much longer.
As far as KYC is concerned 48 hours would be more than good for me, so I can see no difficulties.
So I hope you continue to do well and if you have further experience in this or another casino, let me know.
I will be looking forward to it.🙂
winning.io just stole my winnings + deposit then closed down my account,
After I won 1400$ I received an email where they questioned how I got 150$ to deposit at their casino.
I explained that I received some money from my parents for helping out with the family business.
I am a student and here in Argentina it is fully normal to help your parents with the family business for exchange of some pocket money.
I choose do some crypto trading and also play some online casino for the money I received.
They thought I did not have a reason to own 150$ so they just took all my winning + my deposited money and closed down my account.
They did not ask any questions of how I got my money prior to making my deposit to their casino.
The question only came when I won at their casino.
Now they even stole 150$ from me.
They are thieves and scammers.
Hello,
in other words, the casino applied a strict AML policy on the $150 deposit.. in my opinion, such a low amount is completely out of the usual anti-money laundering schemes.
I partly understand that someone who for example, lives with parents, hence has no utility bills or other invoices. Well, I do not know the details, but I think I can say today's money launderers do not launder $150.
How would you feel about submitting a free complaint here with us?
Yes,
If they really thought I was laundering 150$ they could have asked these questions prior to my deposit.
It feels very convenient asking me to provide documentation of 150$ when I win at their casino.
Where can I submit the complaint?
I do not believe a casino spots money laundering the moment of deposit. 🙂
But I understand the point, I'd say.
