What exactly does "Not Available" mean in the online casino review (in Payment Methods section)?

Payment methods are seen in each of your online casino reviews. Deposit and withdrawal limits are listed here. Sometimes (usually in the Withdrawal column) is written "Not Available" in one or more of the rows.

What exactly does this phrase mean? Does this mean that your team was unable to find information about the withdrawal limits? Or does this mean that the withdrawal cannot be made with a given payment method(s)?

It means that this payment method is available only for depositing and cannot be used for withdrawing funds.
