I think that based on what I have seen, and I mean the complaint, they probably won't communicate with you much anymore. It has been to the authorities and other places and nothing has been resolved in your favour in the end. And if that was the case, I can imagine why the casino won't come back if it's settled for them.
Anyway, if you have something else that happened to you here, feel free to say so.
