Luckywayz Limited BV is pending application by the GCB. Gadzooks Limited with reg. number ΗΕ 438503 and address Archbishop Makarios III, 84, Office 1, 6017, Larnaca, Cyprus is a payment agent. License.

I can not make a complaint to you because the casino was not found on your site I ask for

help the casino has refused to send my refund for 10 days, I have already sent several emails requesting a refund and have not received any information from this casino, the live agent is a BOT and always gives the same answers, I am helpless,

Just go to the complaint and select any other casinos that we have in the database and write in the description of the event which one is the real one with your problem. However, on what basis should you get a refund? Did the casino promise it or what? Could you tell me more about that?

Yes, the live support told me the refund which I was supposed to request via email and I did so. Over 14 days ago I still haven't received an email from this scam casino regarding my case.

But I still haven't gotten to the point, on what basis should the casino give you a refund? 🤔

The casino is clearly pretending that players from Germany are allowed to play in their casino.

Point 1. I believe that it is a duty to report that casinos in CURACO or whatever this... island is called, block access to their website based on the IP address, as is now the case with almost every casino I have tried to register with.

Point 2. So I'm on the website, the casino sees from my IP address that I'm from Germany, it immediately translates the page into German for me, I start to register and it is immediately pre-selected that I'm from Germany, I give my details, German address, telephone number, German email, everything in German, no problem, I can even speak to the live chat in German because I found out about the bonus conditions before I made my deposit, the live chat didn't tell me that I wasn't allowed to play. My account was even verified, I received an email, then they wanted another bank statement about my withdrawal and then suddenly the casino said through the live chat that I wasn't allowed to play here AND that I would get my deposit refunded!!!!!!! I should submit a refund request via email, I have everything based on screenshots. Her nice colleague logged into the casino with a German IP and saw everything in black and white. This casino is exploiting this fraudulently and is clearly acting illegally in my opinion! And I didn't use a VPN to get to this site.

Hmm clearly it strikes me as quite strange that if they don't take players from your country, you even managed to verify and register. It would be best if it was enforced during registration and especially if there was no possibility to enter such data and it immediately throws you a message that your country is restricted.

When I looked in the terms and conditions I instantly found that it is indeed so and Germany is restricted. 

So if they promised you a refund and you have screenshots of the conversation and so on, then the complaint was a good move.
