Ah , so you're in the process of verification. How long has it been since you said it was sick, or why do you have that opinion ? Obviously, feel free to update us as it develops further.

Not to be "that guy", but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

Casinos don't usually just willingly call it a day and decide to close up shop. Most of them are forced to close because they're losing their license and/or can't afford to pay their players.

I hope I'm wrong here. Good luck to ya!

Edit: Oops, thought this discussion was still related to Oddsring (formerly Twin) casino.

Either way, Twin has changed hands multiple times over the last year and their current license status it a little sketchy to me.

They show both, and Antilles license and a Kahnawake license, but I can't find a license number from Antillephone and Kahnawake says that they've been licensed since 2006, which doesn't make any sense to me whatsoever.

do you mean that twin is unserious?

If you do get paid (which I hope you do!), I'd be careful dropping much more money there afterwards.

I just don't see why a company that's in good financial standing, would need to change operators multiple times. That usually points to finance issues or tax/license evasion.

That's just my take on it, however. I could be wrong, but I wouldn't deposit anything over the bare minimum.

I have not, but that was for a smaller amount (under $500) and two different operators ago. They were also still had an MGA license at the time.

Not according to their website. They've got an 8048 Curacao license and a Kahnawake license that was somehow issued in 2006. Sounds super sus to me.

Also, Google-searching Moonlite NV brings up some interesting results. While the results aren't related to the casino, they do have Vegas connections. I'll just leave it at that lol

Hello.

Well, does not sound very good, yet I can't figure out when the KYC was triggered. Can you help me with that?

By any means, if you get the impression that something is not as it should be, go ahead and submit another complaint. Of course, I truly hope it won't be necessary. 🤞

Well, we'll be here for a positive update.

Sent in verification on Wednesday about 10 documents still no response at all, they say it can take between 3-30 days completely incomprehensible in my opinion,

From 3-30 days?!! Wow. That's all kinds of BS.

How could it possibly take a month to do what some other casinos can do in less than an hour?

If you take anything away from this, it should be to ALWAYS do some research before playing at a new casino and make sure you verify BEFORE you begin to play.

Hopefully the Grinch doesn't run their finance department. Good luck to ya!

We give casinos 14 days to resolve KYC, so if it takes longer or you still don't hear from the casino, we'll be here and you can file a complaint.

Of course, I hope this will not be necessary and everything will be resolved without any problems.

Hey there.

So it seems documents were not enough more than once? Well, it's important to follow the instructions to the letter, assuming you've received some.

So, have you - or perhaps, what is the history behind this issue?

Maybe others might share some insights if you provide further explanation. I'd say it's worth a try.🙏

How long have you been waiting? I have been waiting since December 13 for 10 different documents
