Hello, actually the last experience we have from players is from last year. Apparently the players haven't played here for a long time. The casino has a low safety index and of the few complaints they have had with us, they have resolved almost none. So I'd definitely be careful before depositing and I'd also probably want to know how things work here first.
I hope someone will get to you, or if you want to try it by chance, certainly not with an amount that would be uncomfortable if there were any problems.

I think I will refrain from sending my money there, read on other forums about dissatisfied players and chatted with their customer service, wrote that I wanted to know everything that can give them a reason not to pay out any winnings and already there you understand that they have loopholes with bonus rules etc. Felt unfair.
The thing was that I wanted to try the Crash or cashgame that they had but I tried it at another casino, it wasn't as good as I thought either, of course you could play safely but the winnings per round of play was like 0.0001 euros and I finally got tired.

Can anyone explain to me why this casino rating went up after my unresolved complain on their scam and others similar cases in last weeks?
I was told in my complain that as it gets unresolved it will make impact on their safety rating however the rating went up instead down due unresolved scam complains. This is really unbelievable that their rating is getting higher as more scams they make.
